The Secrets of the Dusty Attic
Once upon a time, little Ollie climbed up to the attic to see what treasures lay hidden there! His parents had forbidden him from going there, which made him even more eager to peek into the kingdom of various odds and ends. Fortunately, today his parents were out, so it was time to break the rule!
Ollie climbed the stairs and found himself in a world full of odds and ends: old furniture, paintings, books, clothing, and boxes covered in layers of dust. The little adventurer poked his long nose into a chest of drawers, hoping to find something interesting.
The Magical Lollipop
In the top drawer, Ollie discovered a long lollipop that seemed to beg for a taste. Just as the boy was about to lick his find, it began to wail, pleading with him not to do what he was about to do. Startled, Ollie dropped the talking candy but then picked it up again, deciding that before consuming such a curiosity, it would definitely be wise to get to know it first.
The “lollipop” turned out to be a magic wand that could transport the boy to Sweettopia – a fairy tale land where no one but sweets resided. Naturally, Ollie agreed! Any sweet tooth would be willing to trade their soul for the chance to visit such a place. However, as the magic wand explained, no such sacrifices were needed – he simply had to take it and wave it a couple of times, like a conductor before an orchestra.
Welcome to the World of Sweets
As said – so done! In an instant, an unknown force whisked Ollie away to Sweettopia. The sweet police immediately grabbed the boy and dragged him to the station to figure out who he was. People seldom visited Sweettopia. Many of the land’s inhabitants knew nothing of the worlds that existed beyond their magical realm.
Fortunately, there were experts in the police who had seen people before. They ordered Ollie to be released but cautioned him that he was not allowed to eat the citizens of Sweettopia, at least without their consent! The guest of the magical land understood and nodded in agreement, not asking any further questions. The police handed him the wondrous lollipop and suggested he be on his way.
Long Live the King
Just as Ollie was about to leave, he was met by the very King of Sweetland IX. The ruler of Sweettopia was already aware of a human’s arrival in his country and hurried to the police station.
For the first time in his life, the king saw a living person! After inspecting the boy from head to toe, Sweetland IX ordered the guards to confiscate the long lollipop from him and left, ignoring Ollie’s protests. However, the guest of Sweettopia calmed down, deciding that he wasn’t going to leave this wondrous place after all.
But how to get home…
All day long, Ollie indulged in the sweets that grew on trees. Additionally, some citizens of Sweettopia generously allowed him to take a bite out of them.
In any case, Ollie had a fun time. Only by evening did he remember his parents, who had long since returned home and were anxiously searching for their beloved son!
A Reluctant Groom
The guest of Sweettopia tried to find his way home through various paths, but all roads led back to the sweet land. The boy had no choice but to find the king and request the return of his magic wand.
Sweetland IX agreed to help Ollie, but only on the condition that he marry his daughter. And the princess was, to put it mildly, not a beauty…
The Sly Boy
The royal daughter had a penchant for sweets, which resulted in losing many of her teeth, a bulging stomach, and a face covered in blemishes. Little Ollie had to discover the charms of a marriage of convenience.
However, the wedding never came to pass: as soon as he expressed his agreement, Sweetland IX handed him the magic wand.
