Address verification. A scan or photograph of a document confirming the residential address must be attached. For example, a utility bill.
Once the player submits the images, a support specialist will review them and verify the personal data. If no discrepancies are found, the verification will be successful. Otherwise, the specialist will reject the application and request new images.
Additionally, the administration reserves the right to request re‑verification in the future if it deems it necessary. They may also ask the player to participate in a video call. Refusal to comply will result in the account getting blocked.
