The wish granter sits within his lamp, cursing everything in existence. Release him, and let your dreams become reality!
The Last Hope
Humanity has become mired in sin and vice, having forgotten the supreme deity who created mankind. All day long, people drank, reveled, indulged in debauchery, and entertained themselves, drowning in a sea of cherished vices. What do they care for the gods? Who are they? It’s all of no concern!
The supreme deity waited for a long time, hoping that humanity would come to its senses and cease its sinful ways. Alas, it was in vain. People continued to sink deeper into the ocean of vice, soon to the point of transforming ancient temples into dens of sin.
Beware of Your Wishes!
At last, the patience of the supreme deity wore thin! He summoned the cursed spirits and commanded them to grant any desires of humankind, but not without a catch. Whatever a person asks from the spirit must turn against them, and nothing otherwise! Hearing the command, the spirits joyfully flew off to fulfill the divine will.
And thus it began! As soon as a person wished for wealth, their home was buried under a pile of coins—one could suffocate beneath the weight. There were dreamers who sought immortality from the spirits, only to be turned to stone, destined to remain until the end of the world. Those who wished to be swift as the horse found themselves with a horse’s head, hooves, and tail…
The Kind Genie
The cursed spirits obeyed the supreme deity’s command, taking delight in the sufferings of those who fell victim to their desires—these malicious beings came to be known as djinn. However, among them was one who refused to harm humanity. The supreme deity learned of this and summoned him, demanding an explanation.
The “incorrect” djinn refused to cause harm. For this, the ruler imprisoned him within a lamp, hoping that confinement would reform him. Yet, he continued to resist, willingly granting wishes instead. Enraged, the god imprisoned the defiant one in a lamp and cast it far into the desert, confident that no one would find it…
In the Dark Cave
The lamp fell directly into a cave filled with gold and precious gems. Here, skeletons, ghosts, and restless souls awaited any adventure-seeker drawn to the cold embrace of death.
The lamp tumbled down the golden coins, stopping at the edge of a dark pit, and then plunged deep to the bottom. Naturally, the djinn cannot escape from the lamp on his own. Someone must rub it, and only then will the spirit be freed. He still does not wish to harm humanity, but he gladly grants wishes. Unlike his fellow spirits, this djinn does not impose any hidden dangers that turn desires into nightmares.
The Dead Guardians
Reaching that pit is no easy feat! After taking a few steps, the guest in the dark cave will encounter the skeletons of fallen warriors, skillfully wielding sharp swords. A little further, they will face spirits stretching their hands toward warm flesh. Skeletons can be defeated with anything, even a club! However, spirits can only be vanquished with enchanted weapons. Nonetheless, many blades lie scattered upon the cave floor, including some that are magical.
Free the Wish Granter
By the way, we know where that very cave is located. In truth, reaching it is quite simple.
If you desire the djinn to fulfill your wishes, then set off there right now! Fight the monsters and liberate the wish granter! Yes, the treasures scattered across the floor will also be yours.
